Hell of a job on the avatar MGH!!!!

Sorry I've been MIA a little lately.....bear hunting has me going all day.

18 year old kid shot his first bear last night. Not a giant, but he was happy as hell. Overall the hunting has been a little slow. The weather has been terrible and raining a ton. Not to mention there are a lot of blueberries again this year, but thank God they're almost gone. Hopefully Brandon whacks one in the next couple days so you all can see the place here.

Lol, I see it Dan. Is this going to air on Next Generation even if Brandon doesn't score? Keep us updated, I would love to see the place on national tv!

I'll have to tell my daughter one of my teammates knows Brandon. She's seen him when I've watched Next Gen before and she is in LOVE. All she says is he is soooooo cute.:D

Well, if Brandon can get rid of the black cloud, maybe we can make a show! This is the second night in a row he didn't see a bear......and I've never, ever, had a hunter go 2 nights in a row without seeing one. I wonder what him and Joe are doing in the tree! HAHA!

Joking aside, Brandon is a great dude. I met him this winter at a show in Eau Claire, WI and we have become good friends since then. I look forward to hunting with him more in the future.

Well this past weekend my buddy and I got 4 more stands up. We have 2 more trips planned on 8/29 and 9/7 to hang our final 4 or 5 stands then we will stay out til Oct 3. That will give us a total of 16 stands up, entry routes marked, and shooting lanes cut. I'm ready to go I just need Oct to get here.

I'm just the outfitter/guide. I shot one back in 2003 and haven't really had the desire to hunt them again myself. I guess I live this hunt more through my clients.
