    Lol Mobow!

I sat Saturday evening only, and passed a doe at 30yds once the deluge set in.

Tonight, I was back in a spot that's a transition piece where and open hardwood meets VERY thick autumn olive/briars. Saw four doe tonight, passed within 30yds, but it's too thick that there's very few shot windows. Pressure is on after tomorrow. My dad is allowing a friend of his to hunt small game with his son, and a neighbor of ours is coming back to doe hunt again this week. Needless to say that part of the property may not get touched by me for a while.

Saw a 130"+ 9 tonight, but he was 100 yards out and moving the wrong way. I had seen a bear earlier and I think it got him out of his bed and pushed him the opposite way I figured he would have gone. Also passed up a doe at 15 yards.

Sounds like we're on the board with some buck points. Can't wait to hear the story and see a bigger pic. Looks to be a pretty nice PA Buck.

    Go Team 17

Yeah, I was VERY forunate to be able to take my best buck ever last evening. With the help of my dad, Rob/PA, and Ben/PA, everything came out the way I had hoped. I will score him here in a day or so. If you haven't seen the post, you can read it here:

Thanks, guys! I don't know if I'm ever going to stop being excited:D It's been two days since I shot, and I'm still on cloud nine. I'll score him tomorrow, and get him entered, so we can get on the board. Good luck to you guys this weekend. Let's continue adding to the total!

    Congrats MGH, sorry so late.

I dropped the ball on getting us 50 points last week by not getting pictures of a button buck I shot last Tuesday so put me down for owing you guys 50 points, I'll make it happen.

Just got a jumbo pack of AA batteries for my camera and a back up disposable and put them in my bag. MY FAULT!!

Sounds like both Dan and myself will be hunting in IL this weekend.

Last week was the first time I have seen scrapes under every overhanging limb around my food plots this year. They appeared a couple of weeks earlier last season. Hopefully that means the bucks have started cruising more and one might slip up.

I'll try and keep you posted on how things are going. Hopefully we will have some more popnts to add after this weekend. Time to make a move up in the standings.

Hope you cash in on that IOU New!:)

Yep, Johnny and I are heading down early Sunday.....hopefully early enough to get an evening sit in. We'll be there until (knock on wood) both of us tag out.

John, I know you have some big ones running around on those trail cams. Hopefully one makes a mistake this weekend.;)
