Meanwhile, back at the ranch... I'm so far behind this year, I haven't even got a camera up. That's worse than last year. Going to grab the .22 and the cameras, maybe get a few squirrels(chicken of the tree) for the gf to cook up while putting them up tonight. The fields are corn this year, that makes me confident for an early doe. Only have about 4 lbs of deer left, so fingers crossed
Hurricane Ida passed through this week, lots of rain and it has dropped the temps by 10 degrees. It’s nice, and got me excited. Suppose to stay like this for a while. I have plans to get 5 cameras out on two or three different pieces of public this week or next with this weather. Movement has picked up on the cell camera behind the house since the storm as well.
