Unless the buck is under 50 inches, then it’s a “fergie Clause” and you get 50 points anyway

Quick Intro. I’m from NE Ohio. I’ve been shooting Recurve/longbow for 18 years, and compound for about 10 years.
Still waiting on permission from a new land owner on old land I had good luck on last year. If that falls through I’ll be mostly on public land. This is my second year doing the contest and I’m excited for season to start on Sept 29th.

I've sent PMs to the remaining two. Haven't heard anything back yet, but I hope we don't have to request alternates. I accidentally included Evilstuff. Sorry about that man.

Are you hunting on or near Quantico by any chance? If so I might have some old field notes hot spots from when I was stationed in DC.

If I remember correctly Belvoir has/had a nice 3D range. I’ve had luck on some public land in or around Fauquier co as well. I might still have Gird locations wrote down but that was 8years ago. Quantico deer seem blind to woodland cammies or it’s because all the marines getting lost during land nav. Good luck to you and Semper Fi

Belvoir has a great indoor and outdoor range and some great hunting. And 2nd Lt getting lost very true and funny. Let me know I’ll gladly put deer down in your old stomping grounds. Good luck to you as well. Semper Fi

Hopefully I will get out and check my cams Friday on 2 of my property's and hang one last stand then wait patiently for the end of Sept to get here. Lots of corn up around me so it wont get good till all the corns off. Hows everyone else preparing or are you guys not procrastinators.

My Vote is for Shane. He was the 1st to post. Names I’ll have to think on.

I don’t have any problem doing it but if anyone else would rather have it or really wants it then I’m totally fine with that. Fear no deer is cool. They’re all cheesy no matter what haha.
Went to the lease today and hung a dozen cameras, moved some stands, cut some deadfall out of the way and started half a dozen mock scrapes. Also got stung up pretty good by a ground hive.
