    I'm still hunting the non typical....I hunted the opener yesterday and saw does and fawns, but was 98 degrees.... Im hunting in a big ravine and gonna be tough not to get winded there...

    Gonna try again tomorrow afternoon. Cooler temps as a cold front comes through today.

    I'm back from the weekend and there's not much to report. I got the camera going and the first 3 pictures from Saturday night was a wolf. I can't wait to hunt those things. For everbody hunting good luck for me I'm still 11 days away for the Colorado hunt.

    FlCracker, where in Ga. do you hunt? I hunt Southwest Ga. The family is pumped for opening day. Just put up a two man ladder today before coming back home. Trail cam isn't a very good one so we'll see what we'll see. Just racoons.

    Seems like we might be just a little behind the curve. We need to get a team name and captian still. Admins are asking for team captains. I think we should have a captain that has been on the boards a little while and has seen the contest. That way they kind of have an understanding of the rules and how things work with it. So I would vote Matt or Woodman. Im not big on team names but here are some suggestions:

    Air Assailants
    Nothin' but fletch
    Strings Unleashed
    Children of the Horn
    Silent Archers

    Looks like Barry nailed that pig let's hope he finds it. As for capitain it's not for me this year. I suck at picking names so whatever works for me. Im at 11 days until I can hunt but I'm going to try and get on elk firdt and if I see a deer let I'll let one fly.

    I hunt in S.E GA in a town called Nahunta, pretty close to Waycross. Its about an hour North of my house which is in Macclenny Fl....west of Jacksonville abot 45 minutes. Good Luck!

    Let's just go with it. Children of the horn, if no one else has time to be Captain I would volunteer. I have been in every contest since they started having it on Huntingnet. Let me know otherwise I am fine with any of the guys mentioned. Let's just get it done. TEAM 17 Children of the HORN! Good Luck to all. Season opens the 17th in Minnesota.

    Been out for a while so congrats Captain Tribal, the Children of the Horn logo works for me, and bhicks anxiously awaiting the results of that big buck. Season opens in GA this Saturday. I hope to put some points on the board for the team. Still just raccoons and squirells on the trail cam.

    Right click one of ours and click save as, and save it somewhere on your computer. Then go to change your avatar and browse where you saved it and click on it...should be it. Hopefully that makes sense ha.
