Had truck problems today and ended up having to get it fix after work. New vehicles are a pain in the arse to work on. Who would have thought that you had to tear off the from of a RAM truck just to change a light bulb... I'll be out tomorrow giving it a go again.

Well i did it. Public land hang and hunt. Homeade treesaddle edge of a ridge full of pin oak deer tracks everywhere. Two hard trails intersect 20 yards in front of me. May just be a stand trial and scout. Intersection at top of my finger.
I saw 11 does and fawns tonight and no signs of any horns. I imagine that will change in a couple of weeks.
Does and fawns on this end. All my cameras show big bucks are moving from 3 am til 530am. I got down here last night and pulled 3 cards. I love morning sits but I do more harm than good. Monday and Tuesday would be awesome to hunt but back to work I'll be. Hopefully next weekend I can do more hunting, bday party tomorrow at 2 so my Sunday is shot. Pretty slow night for me. Just a doe and fawn come out on plot. Wont be back out until prob friday. Should be better temps coming up next weekend in Wisconsin

So i was able to get to public last night left house little after 2 and got home little after 8. Got my run and gun set up figured out a couple kinks. Now i just have to find a secret honey hole on piblic. O seen 2 deer in the bottom. 200 yards and a skunk leaving.
First off congrats again Brett! Saw 9 last night. 3 bucks and 6 does. All were long distance. Biggest buck was at 60 yds but way out of my range. Hung 3 camera over scrapes on my way out last night. One of the scrapes is 8 foot wide! Head out this afternoon to give it another try.....
So I finally got around to checking the chip that i pulled off my ground blind setup last night on the way back to the truck. This dude is nice. Hoping to catch him in day light! Heading back this afternoon to sit over the huge scrape I found. Good luck to anyone else out to night.
Nice buck Virginiashadow, congrats! I killed an 8 pointer yesterday, unfortunately it was with my car. Been in the woods sparingly, next couple weeks I’ll be hitting it hard.
