Target deer? Unfortunately not many on this year's list but I only just put cams out a month ago.

Have yet to get deer from seasons past back on cam but they will show up. I haven't heard of anyone taking down one of these locally so hopefully still around. MFDC0538.JPG Mr Crabs 3.JPG Ten Penny 2.JPG

My targets from last year have not shown themselves this year at all…. They did make it through all the gun seasons but maybe old man winter got them, it was a rough one. Even if they don’t show I’m sure that they’re be something else to take their place. IMG_0584.jpeg IMG_0469.jpeg

My postponed Tennessee hunt over Thanksgiving just turned into a Wisconsin four-day hunt...I am super excited! It won't be a state added to the "deer in every state" list (since I killed a big ten in Wisconsin years ago), but I'll be with good friends hunting big deer! It'll give our team a chance to pick up some points if Nebraska and South Dakota do not pan out. This is that Wisconsin ten pointer along with a doe.

I'm still here, just got back from Florida work trip Friday, had soccer and family stuff Saturday, rode the tail of the dragon Sunday. Our season has opened, it's still pretty warm here. Not sure when I'll get out, just wanted to check real quick so I don't ghost the team.

Also, work is crazy right now, we have a $140mil contract and it's a CF right now. I'll be around, but you probably wont see much from me.

Nothing interesting yet. Sadly that’s nothing new for my lease. Over the next couple weeks some decent bucks will show up. I’m still moving cameras around so hopefully I will see a couple good bucks from last year. If they made it they will be really nice.

Just clearing some cards off and realized I have a different angle of the largest buck I've ever gotten on camera. Man I'd sure love to know what he looks like now or what he would score. STC_2020.JPG STC_2021.JPG

Anyone else's deer completely disappear in the last week? Zero pictures since the 24th. I'd say fall patterns have begun.

Well, I just had a fun conversation earlier with a "farm manager" for ground I was looking to hunt. I've heard the guy can be a prick but I found out the hard way. This guy convinces out-of-state land owners to contract their farm ground through him, he has his farming buddies farm it and he hunts it all. He told me I'm not allowed on the property, not even to track deer without his permission. I told him that's fine, I'll just get the CO involved if need be. I must have stepped on his toes :hater:

Mind you, that property surrounds my 100 acres. I also spoke to the land owner before but they asked that I run it past their farm manager before giving me permission.
