That was my thinking as well, once it was thought I couldn't think of another. It has my vote, and without surprise I think Fitz should be captain of the team.
Thanks for the nod, but I think I'd rather have someone else be capt. There isn't much to do, but with everything else going on with the contest, I'd rather have one less thing to do.
Fatal Trajectory. I love that one. I'm a metal head and it kind of sounds like metal bands name or at least a album name so that one is just right up my ally. I have no imagination when it comes to names so this part will not be my forte. I also like Dirty Dozen and Redheads. As far as a captain goes I am not very familiar with the guys on the team with the exception of Fitz but I'll think I'll go with a vote for cls74. Looks like he has been a long time member and has some experience with these contests.
I think I remember Finch posting that he was going to be on vacation this week, we can count on him checking in. I did go ahead and PM the remaining guys, so we'll see who all checks-in.

Nice deer fitz! I don't have many pics. I spread my hunting out on public land here in central Missouri. About 15K of National Forest ground and 6K of MO conservation ground. Killed two bucks on the MO conservation ground last fall and have scouted about 50 days for this upcoming season. I feel good about this year with the new locations I prepped/scouted, etc. My tactics are a bit odd by some. Mobile, hang it and hunt, move on to next fresh spot. Hunt a spot no more then twice during the season and move around constantly. I don't try to get a lot of deer on camera to inventory them just because I hunt such an expansive area. I do set out a couple primos cameras but its as much for fun and curiosity then real intel. Glad to be a part of this crew. Some of the guys on here I am pretty humbled by.
It is a water hole......with this drought this last summer when ever water was in it........deer magnet. I do not hunt this hole as it is right next to bedding areas........
Yeah....I figure I have the first week.........I think I know where he is coming from, there are two good runs but the wind has to be perfect.....have a stand in there so good there. If not the first week it is rut then.
