Congrats Cablebob on a nice buck. I put up a few points too. Old boy had his head up in a scrape tree so I didn’t realize he was only a 4. But it still got the old adrenaline flowing. Now looking for another 50 points.

Congrats!!! I had a wall mounter at 30 yards with my .270 today... Was chasing a doe hard and I was in a box stand. Was behind me and was on one side of the box blind. Tried to stop them but no go. Jumped to the floor of the stand and got to the other side window. I literally yelled 4 or 5 times and he finally jumped off the trail into some willows and had his ass to me. He turned his head to look where the doe was, I had the crosshairs on his neck, but didn't pull the trigger, at 30 yards. I'm beating myself up over this one pretty bad. He was pushing 140" easy. Gents, we’re up to 4 bucks now as a team. If most of us can put down a doe and one or two more people can score decent bucks, we have a chance to be top 3 I think. It’s been fun thus far!

We are at 550 points give or take....not that I'm counting.....much.....hitting the stand tonight in hopes of arrowing a trophy doe!
Lots of movement tonight. Mostly doe and smaller bucks. Just nothing close enough to get a shot other than a couple young bucks. It’ll be my last time out until the weekend I think.
