I'm out for my last deer hunt in Wisconsin for a very long time. I'm hoping I can make it all day. But all I have in my bag is 2 oatmeal cream pies lol.

One of your oatmeal pies should work
Way to stay with it you have certainly put forth a great effort. Good luck.

Good luck Caleb! Nobody can say that you haven’t given it your best shot this season. You deserve the hustle award especially at your age. When I was 14, I didn’t have near the dedication that you have!:tu:

Corn would be your best bet, if it's legal.

Sorry guys, Haven’t been on here much in the last week or so. Last time I hunted was the day before Thanksgiving. Had family around all last weekend so didn’t get to hunt and I’ve had a new guy riding & training with me at work all week so I haven’t been able to squeeze in morning hunts. I was planning to hunt this morning but got strep...just been several obstacles lately. Got started on antibiotics yesterday so im feeling better and plan to be back in the stand tomorrow morning.

Good news is the buck that I gave a close shave is alive and well. I’ve got several pics of him and a couple other bigger bucks that are still around. The bucks are still chasing does around here so hopefully I can get it done soon. Regardless, season runs until Jan. 15 and I’ll be staying after it until then.

Good luck guys that are still out there!

Didn't see or hear anything today. Other than I missed a running rabbit at 30 yards, the only reason I missed is because he jumped the string right as my arrow was about to hit him in the head

Edit: sorry, I was sort of asleep when I was typing that. Now it should make more sense lol

That's just about a good reason to hang someone! It's amazing how many people don't respect Christmas!

That’s sad. They don’t respect others period. Karma will get them.

Been busy, it's the final week of classes. All my procrastination is coming back to haunt me. Just finished one paper, 2 more to go and two exams. It will all be over on Wednesday, then I will hunt hard almost everyday after that.

Out on the water here in FL. I caught this Goliath grouper. [IMG]
They are an incredible fish! It was like fighting a tug boat. This guy was probably 250-300 pounds.

My brother caught an 8ft sandbar shark. The picture doesn't do it justice. She battled him for about an hour. When we finally got her to the side of the boat she turned and snapped The line. My brother passed out for an hour after that XD . [IMG]
Caught a few other sharks in the 6ft range and a whole mess of red snapper. Out of season unfortunately. Awesome trip overall!
