Updated the card to include FP's doe. the scores are Team 3 1601 3/8 with 15 deer entered, Team 4 1182 5/8 and 14 deer entered, And Team 15 at 1145 1/2 with deer entered. We still got 8 more tags to fill! Good job FP and short lets keep the ball rolling!

Edit: Meant to say we have 12 tags left to fill... For some reason I was thinking there was only 10 in our group.
Not sure I should be keeping score:lmao2:

That you have all the totals, and we are a long way back. Why? What did you think?

I don’t mean to interrupt your thread, just like checking out the pic & cool bucks you all are shooting. But what the heck are those things sticking out of his right eye? Tubular, look like pencils?

It turns out "2 FACE" has a longer history than I know of. I showed the picture to my uncles cousin and he said that looks like the potter road buck, and I said that's the road I've been hunting on, and he says my brother used to live on potter road and he's seen it before. It sounds like that buck has a pretty long history because even the farmer that owns the corn field that I've been watching says that buck has been there for a long time.

Since I've been telling you guys about the move I mind as well keep you guys upto date on how everything's going. Our house is closing on dec 8th which is coming up a little too fast for me lol. I've gotta start packing up and taking down my deer and turkey mounts which will be fun trying to make sure they don't break. So I won't be able to hunt much but I'll try to make it out hunting a couple more times. I probably won't talk much after nov 30th. So don't think I'm ignoring you guys.

The only way it would work for me is if I could set up a ground blind in the meat and deli section at Walmart. Trying to get permission from the landowner now, will let you know what his answer is :lmao2:

Well I've gone into 2 compititions and haven't contributed a single thing. I just want to see more people join that contest because there's not a lot of people that do it.

Hunted all last week while on vacation and saw does on almost every sit. Yesterday afternoon was my best hunt of the week, took my daughter with her riffle. She did not get a deer but for the first time this season we saw some buck action. We saw 2 spikes and a 4 point, my daughter could have shot the 4 point but she said she would wait for something bigger. I will still be hunting nearly every weekend and I have another week off at Christmas to try and get some buck points. Its looking like the bucks are starting to move in daylight on my lease with multiple sightings from other hunters.

Hunted last week in Florida while visiting the family for Thanksgiving. I forgot how wet it could be down there. The spot I hunted was on the edge of a swamp, so there was standing water everywhere. I took the first shot of the season and grazed the back of a doe. The doe was acting nervous, I rushed the shot and forgot to adjust my sight. Got the miss on film, so I was able to replay it over and over and tell myself how stupid I was, but just got to learn from it.
