Yessir, and he almost busted me on his blind side. I did get the shot off from his good side though Gonna write a post on it just nit sure where to post it
No wonder, killing a half blind deer with a crossbow ought to be a crime, probably over corn inside a 10 ft high fence that is 20' x 20' too! Just teasing of course That is an awesome deer, definitely one to be proud of! I hope to get a shot at a buck like that atleast once in my lifetime, maybe the taxidermist can get you a foggy glass eye like that if you get him mounted. That would be really neat!
I did, actually the total score is right, but he listed AaronB's buck as 152 instead of 142, which is where I thought the extra 10 points was coming from. easy enough mistake.
It'll open on my phone. The work computer has too many protective features. That is a neat buck!! Good luck with him.
Oh man that is a nice deer, still that isn't gonna change much though, I am hoping to get my doe before the season ends this Saturday. If I don't then I won't be able to take one until the late season which starts after Christmas. I don't think you can't hunt with a bow during rifle season
Not sure how that works in PA. In MO, anything that is a legal weapon, is legal during firearms season. It's more of a free-for-all!! I'm not a fan.
Yeah, I will have to check the regs, I know the deer like to take shelter on the property I just acquired, no one but me is allowed to hunt it. Of course I still hear a rifle shot or two ring out from there every year, but it receives far less pressure than the public land which is a 1/4 mile away.
I wonder if his one side is deformed because of an injury, I've heard their antlers grow like that if they get hit by a car or something. Definitely a cool looking deer.
