    Planning on being in a tree for my first sit of the season this evening after work. Cool front is moving in tonight and supposed to drop temps into the 60's for the next day or two. Pretty pumped!! Good luck to anybody else out this evening!

    It's been humid here in nc. 80+ degree weather plus humidity and I've been busy with school, wedding anniversary last weekends and wife's b day this weekend. It's given me a reason not to smell up my stand locations before the rut picks up about the end of this month.

    So I pulled the card on two of my cameras before getting in the stand. Had a shooter come through last night about 400yds from where I'm sitting tonight. I'm sure he's totally nocturnal right now but I've got a target buck to get excited about!

    Don't freak out. I'm just posting that I'm hoping to be in the stand tonight.

    I only saw one doe yesterday morning. I saw about 6 last night but non this morning. I'm leaving today to head back home.
