Well gents, it looks as though my season probably ended today. Went out with my muzzleloader, climbed up a tree with my spurs and saddle, and smoked a big doe. She makes my third. I shot a doe about a week and a half ago with my bow. Made a bad decision to shoot too far. Deer jumped my string and I hit back. Found her the next morning but not before the coyotes. This morning was a way better feeling since she dropped on the spot. And I’m now tagged out in my county. I could still bowhunt for a buck in another county until the first week of February but I’m probably calling it quits. It’s been fun seeing your stories and being in this team. Hope you have a great new year. If you’d like to see any of my hunts I’ll be posting them on our YouTube and Instagram. Check out Shedding Light Outdoors. Thanks and take care!
