Yeah I remember you telling us that. That sucks. Here in Indiana I can kill 2 deer with a bow and then buy two bonus antlerless tags and kill 2 does with any weapon that is season. I usually fill all my doe tags but this year i have only shot one doe so far. Hoping this weekend I'll have some luck.

Ohio is 6 deer, I can take three in the county I’m in but every county had a different limit. 1 buck per season only though.

Thats how it is here. Each county has a doe quota. The county I'm in is 2. One buck per season too.

I'm even gonna take a small buck from this point on. Got my 50 for a doe, 50 more for small buck will help us out. I'd still rather get a 130+ but whatever

Yeah I'm probably gonna shoot the next 100 inch 8 point that walks in front of me lol. I really want 130+ too but don't know if thats gonna happen this year. Got a lot of does on the property i hunt and the past couple times i have been out thats all i have been seeing. Usually 8 to 14 does each time. Going to thin out the heard hopefully this weekend.

Just checking the score sheet. Team 12 still has a buck to be entered so its gonna take more than 50 points. Then another team has 2 nice bucks that need to be posted to the scorethread but haven't been on here since they posted their bucks on their team thread so idk if they will get them posted or not but if they do they will be in the lead for sure.

With the currently Doe only season going on here in Wisconsin I am trying to stay out of my private hunting spots. Hopefully no tresspassers and I can hit it hard starting Monday.

Is everybody ok after all the storms and tornadoes the other night? We're all good here. Lots of damage about 30 miles all around me tho. Gonna try to make it to one of my spots later today and see if I can get something. Hopefully it's not torn up too bad from the storms

I was out at our new property doing some of the many tasks I've got on my list to get us moved in by the end of the week. At 4:30 I went to my ground blind and figured I'd see what's coming to the feeder. At about 5:30 a couple of does came in. I took a shot at one at about 35 yards. She ducked and spun but took a very unlucky turn - she caught the arrow right in the neck and dropped like a sack of potatoes.

I took her to the processor in the neighboring town that takes donations for the local ministerial association - she'll be feeding some less fortunate people in our community.

I’ll be back out hopefully Friday. Been sick. Got tested for covid twice which sucked and i knew it wasn’t but they insisted on getting tested. Ended up having strep throat which i hate the most. Rather have the flu. Lol feeling better today. Hoping to back to 100% tomorrow.

Yes as of right now we are in the lead by 1 5/8 but I know team 12 still has a buck to be entered i believe which is the team in 2nd. Then the two guys on the other team still haven't entered their bucks which would put their team in the lead probably.

I’m out right now. Light rain. Deer are moving already. Have seen 7 does already. A nice buck was in here the other day. IMG_6308.JPG IMG_6309.JPG

How the hell do they have bucks not entered yet? Holding out is bullshit. Almost seems shady to me, but what do I know?
