Tomorrow is the day guys! Good luck to all who are heading out.

I am helping a buddy fill some alligator tags this weekend (it's still super hot and muggy here) but I'm ready for some good weather up in a tree

I'll be out tomorrow morning for only 2 hours or so. Moving to our new house tomorrow, so I won't be shooting a doe. Hoping for one of my shooters to step out. Good luck to everyone this weekend!

Thanks for the help checking in. I spend September of line in SW Co on a diy archery elk and check emails twice when i go into town for laundry.Co was slow this year seemed hotter than the last two years in the first two weeks ending in a week of rain. One close bull encounter but no shot. Maybe next year.
I hunt VA on my property 25 ac 22 in hard woods. Stands are set and food plots are planted. I get home October 7th and will be in a stand on the 8th lol. Va allows 6 deer a year so I hope to help out with the points.Pic of last years buck 6 pt from the stand closest to the house. No drag picked him up with the tractor as he tipped over in the neighbors yard.Gotta love that
    Hunt hard stay safe

Back end of September in S. Co. was hot last year, can't imagine how hard the hunting was if it was hotter than that!

    Welcome to the team!

Working til 1am. I'll be out tomorrow early afternoon. Hoping one of my shooters pays a visit to pose for the camera again. Would love to get my target buck on the first day!

Sorry team I haven't been posting in a bit. My hunt last weekend out at my parents place was awesome but no kill. Seen a lot of deer and a few small bucks. I had one fat doe right at the edge of my shooting range. The angle I decided not to take a chance of wounding her. I will be out locally this coming weekend.

Justin- I personally like the 125 Gr Hellrazors by NAP. Sharp which is key and re-sharpen real nice as well.

Yesterday’s morning hunt didn’t see anything but it was hot. Then i had to move to our new house and been unpacking all day today. Might try to get out tomorrow evening if the rain lets up. Wanted to get my creed xs sighted in today but it was raining and didn’t have time too.

Same here. It rained most the day/night here. Thought they would be moving pretty good this morning.

Ended up seeing nothing but squirrels. Checked my camera. One of my shooters getting closer to daylighting. Gonna try to be back in the stand this evening weather permitting. IMG_5760.JPG
