Just got back from Rob/PA's home. Put the final touches on what I thought would be my backup bow and now I am not so sure who's gonna get the nod. The Swat is ready to rock. I will get some pics up in a few days. Tomorrow the family and I head to the beach.
You go girl!! Go kill something!! Well, I'm off to the farm for a couple of days. Have a few shooting lanes to trim and a stand to move. I might even set up a ground blind so they get used to it.

Nothings dead yet lol almost had a doe but some stupid cat freaked her out and she never came down the trail and backtracked. Seen 7 does and a buck chasin them....not a bad morning at all :D
John, how long in advance of the season do you put your blinds out. I have one to get out myself. Other than that, I have 1-3 more strands to hang. I just can 't stand the sight of them in my man room I'd rather have them in a tree. My treestand obsession rivals my bow obsession.

I set one up on my food plot yesterday for the Oct. 1 opener. Figured I'd get it out there and brushed in pretty good so it's not a surprise later. I forgot to take any pics. I'll do that next time. But I have killed 2 deer out a blind on the same day I set it up. You could tell they knew something was different but still gave me a shot. And welcome aboard Rob. I guess it's time we get down to the captain and name thing now that we are all here. I'm good with it as long as you guys behave yourselves and all kill deer. So list the names you want us to vote on and we'll pick one we all like. Anyone got any avatar making skills? Otherwise we can hire out for that. Awesome buck Jenna! This team is rockin'..... Only had good wind this weekend one night and my buddy was out of the field so he decided to sit in the stand. The 12th buck that came by him that night went down... mid 130's 4x4. I head back up in two weeks now and there's still three shooter's up there...
