I'm headed west to hunt antelope one more time before deer season starts. My brother has been sending me random trail cam pics while I'm working just to irritate me. It's supposed to cool off and even rain a little. I'm definitely going to have to adapt and overcome this week. Hopefully I can get it done this afternoon of tomorrow before the weather moves in.
Ya man Dad and Brother doing the same thing from Pa. Hard to keep my mind on work. Leaving for Cancun Friday morning all inclusive beers in the beach for a week. It looks as if the Hurricanes have settled down. Then only 4-5 weeks until opening day. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
They live there Family farm in. SW Pa. I'm living and working in Los Angeles. Traveling back Nov 2nd. For the next 5-6 years until I retire at 62. That's the plan anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
3 days for me! Supposed to be in the 80s this weekend though so movement will be slow. I planned on shooting a doe opening weekend but I don't want to worry about the meat in that kind of weather, I'll hold off now til it cools off. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Ya man been putting $ in that F$(() 401 K for 37 years. ( since I was 20 yrs old). I'm at the point in my life now where I need to go home ( Pa. ) if it weren't for Medical ins. I'd do it at 59 1/2. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Well boys I'm on my way to Cancun tomorrow morning. Hopefully 7 days w/out hurricanes or earthquakes. 7 days all the beer I want. Not sure if I'll have access to the blog, if not kill a booner for those that are hunting next week. Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
OK guys, here's a sneak peek at my hit list this year. I really only have two bucks I'm watching, though I'll shoot anything that tickles my fancy. Number 1 - Evander. He never shows up until late October, but when he does, he crosses my best pinch point almost daily. Last year he looked a bit smaller than 2015, but I'd love to catch up with this old warrior. Number 2 - Walter. This guy I get way more photos of all season. He comes a little closer to home, but still covers a ton of acreage. I have of couple of his favorite travel corridors pinned down, so I'm hoping to catch him by surprise.
This is the year Fitz! I personally like Walters bladed main beams a lot. Shoot that booner man! They are both beautiful bucks. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Fitz I feel so special to have gotten a sneak peak! Maybe one day I'll be cool enough to make a hit list for a popular web series! (A guy can dream can't he???) Great bucks man. I hope you get one. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I found my new #1 today during card pull. He's not a giant by a lot of people's standards but I'd be very pleased to shoot this guy. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
