We were down on the Plaza last night watching our oldest Son’s hockey game instead of being in the stand. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm going to try to get out one more time boys It's looking to be tough but have to try. In Venatione Veritas
Going in at 0900-1000 tomorrow on the back edge of a rain front. Trying to get in a blind for a SE/SSE wind. Hoping the rain pins them down, then brings them out to cross a pinch I am sitting on. Sent from my iPad using Bowhunting.com Forums
I sat in the sub zero wind chills this morning, only saw the doe moving across a snow covered field about 120 yards out. Thursday is it for me this year. Thankfully I'll be able to hunt all day in some form or another. Spot and stalk is going difficult with sub 10 mph winds and crusty snow, but that won't stop me from trying. I've got a plan for the morning and evening sits though. Hopefully I can put one more down for more meat... and another 50pts for the team. I've told my wife to take our daughter on a spa day. She seemed to like that idea. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
With the proper gear, I was surprisingly comfortable this morning. I've finally got it figured it out... I think. Thursday morning will really tell the tale though. Actual temperature is set to be -3 for the overnight low. Thank God the season is over on Friday night though... that high for Saturdays is wicked cold. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
I guess this is going to be a case of "Be careful what you wish for." High of 18 low of 1 degree with winds gusting to 30 mph Jan. 1. Even the smallest amount of snow will produce whiteout conditions with those winds! Can't wait to see what the wind-chill will be. Probably well into the negative double digits? This is why I don't live up north. lol! Should make for a interesting hunt 12/31.
Well I struck out two days in a row. Goose egg both days. Staying out for two days. I have put too much pressure on the farm. I will sit the window blind at the house morning and evening. I have until Jan 17th, so evening and weekends until then. Sent from my Lone Wolf treestand using Bowhunting.com Forums
This is it boys last chance, calling in all bets, pony up, put the women and children to bed and go looking for F@#$ing dinner. I have saved this stand all year and today of all days I get the right wind. Let's go In Venatione Veritas
