Been a long first day back after a 4 day weekend. Always something goes haywire at work. Just got home and sat down. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Feels good just to sit and veg for awhile. I am going to shoot later this evening. I think I may try some low light shooting just before dark. Shot maybe 50 arrows yesterday. All seemed good.few strays in the last few shots but I was definitely getting tired. I may try 3 shots a day at 20-30-40 until season gets here. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
It was coming from all directions today. We have 50 of our Lineman in LA helping with restoration. We had a couple little blow-throughs over the weekend that were a little annoying. We were short-handed over the weekend and I had duty. Nothing major, just constant. The nice weather this week should help. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I shot Sunday and Monday. First time with the new set-up. I think I’ll like it. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Another day. My calendar is fairly clear so hopefully I can get some of my to-do's done. I'll try to chat a little more today, Fix.
All of these early seasons are confusing... My brother was telling me about an early duck season that was this past weekend here. Then in a week or two there is an early goose season. There's a youth firearm season for deer, prior to the main season. Where was all of this nonsense when we were younger... I'm really staying to sounds like an old man aren't I? I get it, Twitch. I remember things being totally different when I was a kid. We didn't have "special" seasons for us. We didn't have special coaches for sports either. You played and loved it or you didn't play. I feel like some of this falls on the parents shoulders. It's not the "city's" job to raise my kiddos.
Mods are in! Heading to get them. I'll have them installed very soon after I get home and move my peep and sighted in NY dark
