I'll probably stick with the two blade Rage. Been using them for four years now and they have never let me down, except when I let them down. I may try Slick Triks or Gream Reaper Razorcuts since VA allows me unlimited does.

Yeah I don't think I will have to worry about taking a doe, I had 600 pictures in 5 days of ALL doe and fawns, I was amazed that of those 600 pictures not a single buck. I'm not sure what that means? I can say that I was working with about 4 to 8 different doe, some more consistent than the others. I've targeted the area that I got all these pictures in as a good spot for me to take a buck this season - I'd have felt better if I had a picture or two. Oh well.

So I am at work right now and my girlfriend just texted me from the bar that a friend of hers walked in and they got on the subject of hunting. Turns out he has a ton(waiting for more specific details) of private property in an area that I know has good deer. She mentioned that I hunt and he said I can come out and hunt it all I want! Crappy night at work just got way better!

Well my early season hunting may have just hit a snag in the road. This Wisconsin Hunter Safety Course stuff is crap. Been hunting for years and now find out I have to go take a class with a bunch of kids because I missed the cutoff by 1 year. What a pain in the ass. Hopefully I can get in on a illinois class ASAP that should count.

Sure do. Anyone born after Jan 1, 1973. Totally sucs but I might have found an IL class that I can get in on 9/23 so that would work. Waiting to find out if the class is confirmed

Well I will be out tomorrow getting that private property ready even though I don't think I will have a license and tags for awhile still! Hopefully it will turnout to be a great spot!
