here's my 831 mile trip to my buddies house in FT wayne indianna, where we switch all my stuff into his truck and he drives the remaining 7 hours!! Here's a few videos from last year The quality and the sound aren't the greatest Part 1 Part II
Haven't been out, was fighting a cold. The plan was to get out alot this week until my 14 yr old son hurt his knee playing football, Dr's think he might have torn his ACL but they can't tell since there is so much swelling (you can't even tell he has a knee cap). Going to a specialists on Wed and hoping for the best. The plan is to sit all day Friday and Sat... Good luck to all, nice videos Swamp
Looks like you'll be driving on 9W in NY which is the road I take to the land I hunt. And I hope all goes well with your son bowhunt and hope that he didn't tear his ACL.
Dude you hunt wallkill? I hunt in Gardiner on Albany Post rd. I drive through wallkill and turn by the post office to get to where I hunt.
Good luck and have a safe trip Joe. Depending on what time the movers show tomorrow and how quickly they finish, I am hoping to head out for an early evening hunt. That cull buck keeps showing at the same stand even with warm afternoon temps. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Today is gonna be a long day at work knowing as soon as its over I am heading up north. Cant wait. I always have high hopes, but cant connect. I have had 2 monsters up there 2 out of the last 3 years. Hope I can make it happen this year.
Good luck Kenny!!! Good luck Schuls if your able to get out!!! 59.5 hours till i leave for Illinois.....
Well I thought I'd done some boring jobs before until this week. It's been brutal. Been piling up corn for a local grain elevator for 12 hours a day sitting in track hoe. Good luck though anybody hunting. I'll be hitting it hard this weekend. Should be a good time to be in woods. Deer are moving and been seeing some bucks show up so hoping for a chance at one.
Now that is a lot of corn! Wasn't able to make it out today, didn't finish early enough with the movers. Possibly tomorrow afternoon after work, still high 70s here which kinda sucks but have been seeing early evening movement on cams.
Holy crap thats a lot of corn! And welcome to the area, it usually produces a number of good bucks. Which side of the river are you on?
Yea that's only one pile. They have another thats already been done. Sitting there all day it doesn't even feel like you move but we actually move the pile close to 75 foot a day. They pit tube in to dry the corn and they're in 20 ft sections. Think we covered up three almost 4 today.
Ha you don't need to roll around in it to get it all over ya. Climbing up and down the pile is a pretty good workout
