One of the public WMAs here, usually pretty quiet during bow only. Last year at end of season I found a fresh rub line and droppings bit never saw the deer so going to check that area again.

Man I wish I could retire right now, company I want to fly for has 4 openings in Marion, IL. Hopefully same when I do retire! As for what I'm shooting, it's in the sig!

Do you guy and gal process your own meat? I want to but I'm a few years away from having all my own processing equipment. Getting the land the way I want is first priority. I bring my kill to a deer processor, he charges $100 +10$ if I want sausage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Until I get settled somewhere and can build a shed setup for doing my own processing, I take it somewhere. Hopefully I get one quick this year so I have time to get it to the processor before I move in November lol
I just take it somewhere. Have done myself before but end up taking some in to get sticks or sausage so figure they might as well do it all. Sent from my SM-G900R4 using Tapatalk
I do my own! I usually do some combination of steaks, ground, sausage (breakfast and other varieties) and even some jerky! $100?! That sounds really high to me but if they do a good job I suppose it's worth it. Beats beef and chicken!
