Heading up North today after work to our camp in New Hampshire, opening day of bear season was yesterday. My buddy up there started our bait sites yesterday and everything is good to go, just need a shooter to come by. It's been an on and off type of situation up there for us. One year there is tons of bear activity and the next there's not. Last year was slow and just some smaller younger bears, but year before that my buddy and I were able to take a decent one each.

I’m back from Mexico and now doing all my hunting clothes laundry. I leave Friday for a 5 day hunt in MD to kick of my deer season, can’t wait. Have we discussed a name yet??
I film all of my hunts. It can be a lot of extra work and makes things difficult but its worth it. I have been fortunate to hunt with the BHOD crew as most of the Illinois guys are buddies of mine and they showed me the ropes years ago.

Nice! Just got back home, but it's Lancaster NH. North of the Notch. Passed 6 bears, but unfortunately didn't end up connecting on one that I wanted. One of them was real close, I thought about it for a while until he eventually went on his way. team names im not good with but i liked that one guys idea of "remember the 13". another names "one three kill", here we all call ourselves the "bullshit butchers" cause we end up bullshiting around while butching out deer lol, could be a funny name. just snow balling
