2 guys, a machine, machete, chainsaw, and some time. We got one plot ready in the thick creek bottoms. What a mess it was and the heat sure zapped me. Going back tomorrow to seed it. I have a late plant seed blend so hopefully this will be looking good by mid October. Hope to have 2 more done by next weekend. Never been this late getting them in.

Alright. The team is set!! glad you made it Chase, As much as I hate to admit it Im gonna have to retire the old Mathews, I just turned 65 and I just cant pull it back comfortably anymore. I tore a ligament in my right arm where the bicep attaches to the elbow a few years ago and it let me know over the weekend that Im a old fart now. I went to draw and had a sharp pain shoot up my arm , My bicep went into a serious cramp mode, Took 10 mins to relax and now its sore as hell. Guess Im toting the crossbow saturday morn.

Lucky 13 is on the nose but I like it. Empty Quiver is a good one too imo.

team 7 is calling themselves lucky 7 so I think we need a different name, empty quiver is ok with me. Since Shocker started the thread, I think he should be captain. :moose:

It doesnt matter to me so long as we get checked in. I can be captain but i did just get some pretty bad news about my dad whos been in the hospital. If things get real hectic i may have to bow out and let someone else take over. Not much to it anyway. Gonna be a rough time but we will see how it all plays out. If anyone has any objections speak now, if not, ill check is in later this evening. Lets get ready to Rumble!
