We grind our own deer meat and cube our own. It’s definitely a good way to save money and worth the money you will invest in the stuff to do it It is definitely a little time consuming. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Hey all. Sorry for not being on here more. I enjoy this stuff but have been dealing with some stressful stuff. Hope to do better.
Hate to hear about the stressful stuff maybe you can get out in the woods and take your mind off of it Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Excited this guy showed back up! I thought he might have just been passing through but now I definitely think he's using my property as part of his home range. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
Had a doe coming in at 30 yds. For some reason her fawn started bawling like crazy back in the brush and she headed back. Back at it next week sometime.
Way back on a piece of public that borders private on a ridge top. Going down the ridge leads to bedding and the creek, going up the ridge leads to acorns/staging area before the field on top. Got in here around 330, it's super peaceful. All my lanes are about 25 and under!
Tonight was a dud as far as seeing deer in the stand BUT on my way out I did catch some deer feeding and got some Intel into where they are coming from so there's a plus on that. I also had a bald eagle go flying down the creek bottom about 15 yards from me and that was pretty sweet. I'll be back at it tomorrow at my inlaws. My father inlaw passed 130+ 10 the other night as he always holds out for something in the 150+ range, but we'll see what happens. I definitely lower my standards. Tomorrow all the family will be together and I'd love so much to have my kids come do a track job with me so we'll see what the Lord has planned! Good luck if you fellas are out and about this weekend!
I'm out on public today. Just finished getting set up. Hoping to see a few deer today and to get a shot on one. I've got a funnel about 50 yards or so behind me so I'm feeling positive that my chances are good!
