My vote for team name is - someone just pick it

on captain I think the role is more just making sure people are semi active and reminders on what is needed to submit deer for points.
I think the role of captain might not be super important if we have an active team

Don't mind me, but Capt serves a variety of purposes. One of which is taking the load off of LC. You need to monitor your team so that he doesn't have to until it's needed. You should review pics for criteria (2 with bow different) review score and assist those that do not know how to score properly. Then there is the leader aspect and keeping the team in communication. LC will usually reach out to the Capt if there is a problem. Any questions guys feel free to PM LC or myself.

@Fix nailed it above. I need a single point of contact for each team. Ideally the captain would be someone who is on the forums a lot. Preferably more than the other team members.

In addition to what Fix said above, if there is a dispute on a kill or a scorecard post that can’t be easily resolved I will put it to the team captains for a vote. In the unlikely event that happens you would want your team’s voice to be heard.

Since no one is taking it, I will be captain if y’all are fine with it, so we can put that to bed. I am non deployable for the next two months, so I can be active on the forum.

Okay then. I'm fine with wedes as captain and the Oliver Anthony Angle as team name. I would volunteer as captain but I'm not on here consistently enough.

If it works out I'm sitting tonight. Overcast, rainy and chilly here the last few days. Deer are moving. Saw a nice 140 8pt yesterday while scouting. He was with a few small bucks and some does.

the car I drove (shared with my wife) when first married would be 1/3 the cost of this bow with some new stuff on it.
Just crazy to me, but man was that a nice bow

It's unreal how much everything is now, but I thought this life of bow hunting would be cheaper. Ha! Yeah my first car was about 1500 bucks...of course gas was 89 cents a gallon too. Dang I'm old

You can stay, just know that every post on the Team 12 thread from a Team 5 member will incur a transfer of 1 point from team 5 to team 12.
