Well guys I've had a speed up 2 weeks, just a lot of work and life and not enough daylight. Also the spypoint stopped working and my target buck got shot by rifle hunters. But I've been hunting with the mentality that any 4x4 or bigger dies . Been too long since my last bow kill buck. Had some great hunts including one where 6 antlerless were inside 20 yards. And I didn't get busted. But no bucks seen from the stand

Hey guys, thought I would post since it’s been awhile. My Missouri bow season happened but never materialized with a bow. I had a shooter buck at 69 yards and did not take the shot. My buddy shot him the next day. The following day was rifle season and bow season was closed. I shot a 8 point with my 7 mag. I’m back in Alabama now and only one really good shooter on camera on our place. Trying to wait him out. I can take a doe at any time here to get the 50 but trying to hold out for a shooter. The pic attached is the one my buddy got with a bow ( deer on the right ) and my buck on the left with a gun. ( Missouri ). Hope to get a deer with a bow soon here in Alabama. I know we need the points. Yall take care and shootem up !

Well my season is officially over. I gave it one last try for a doe over the weekend, I didn't see any deer but did see my first bobcat.

 

My season is over transitioning to trapping here in New Mexico
