Missed an 8pt this morning and was gonna go back in this afternoon till i came across a monster rub, fresh scrape and this track.

Good luck to all my mates! I'll be back out Saturday afternoon and have the entire next week off, Saturday to Sunday the 9th. Need my buck and at least 1 more doe. I'll worry about another doe or 2 in the late season!

 

Who will all be hunting this weekend. I, more than likely will be in the stand this evening and Sunday evening. Then Monday through Sunday it's pretty much game on!

 

I am out now. I will be out on and off for the next two weeks.

 

I should be out tonight but I'm not....it's so calm and cold out now. Perfect night

 

I'll be out Sunday morning with the grandson if he can get his butt out of bed, lol!

Alright guys I backed out after following the trail a little ways. Arrow and initial blood looked good but shot was a touch back and i did not want to go any further. I suspect lung and liver.

10-4. Arrow looks good to me. Agree with backing out if blood trail is getting spotty. Temps are low tonight so you should be okay when you find him tomorrow morning. What kind of buck did he look to be ?
