I will be out for sure. It's going to be above average temps but it's getting to be that time of year.
I'll be out in the morning in a VT tree over the Turnip plot. I don't know about same Buck same day years in a row. But I do believe in time preference. I have an 8pt that was here last year and is here this year and likes to go by my stand between 0700- 0715.

Hey guys, I actually haven’t been out yet. I hunted with my kid a couple times early season but other than that my work travel schedule has been pretty rough and I haven’t gotten the weather conditions I needed on the days that I can actually hunt to move on the deer that I am interested in. I will probably get a couple hunts in this weekend, but if I had to guess my best hunting will be in November and December this year.

I moved my stand yesterday about 40 yards. View looks 10x better. Cut some shooting lanes, replaced batteries in camera. My girls will be home from college this weekend. They are bringing boyfriends to meet us. Wife has the whole weekend booked with stuff to do. Pumpkin farms, cookout by a lake near us, Trail of Nightmares. Probably be a week or so when I get back out. Got 2 cars that need rotors and brakes. Do that stuff myself.
Get all that maintenance stuff out of the way, that way you get time for the rut! Awesome that you got the stand moved, hopefully that works out better on your next sit.

We're in at the urban spot. Got a late start because we were busy winning championships! 5 stitches in his eyebrow from a baseball on Thursday.
We didn't see anything last night and then had an explosion of camera activity last night and this morning. The target buck came through 3 different times.
