He’s posted! Congrats on the bucks guys! Sorry I haven’t been posting. I’ve been trying for awhile to get in here and it would say I didn’t have permission to post. So aggravating. 1st Shotgun season starts this weekend but I have drill so I won’t be going. I have a doe tag for 2nd shotgun and will be buying a late muzzleloader any sex tag. Nothing too serious, just something I’ve been putting off for a few years. Too many years in a pickup truck and poor diet. Old guys will know what I’m talking about! Course, my 34 year old son had the same surgery yesterday.
I put out another camera in my honey hole. When I hunted it Sunday afternoon, I saw tons of fresh buck sign. Evenings have been tough the past couple of weeks with very little deer movement. I'm anxious to see what bucks made it through rifle season. I plan to hunt Sunday morning. I'm also on vacation the week before Christmas. Should be a good week for 2nd rut peaking.
