Here are a few video clips that I have got here the past couple weeks. One nice buck then a VERY nice 4 pointer. I had a 6 pointer that I shot and lost years ago that was the same as this 4 pointer. He sure is a big one too. Click on the picture to watch the video and they have sound too.

When I was in my stand saturday morning, I heard a buck snort wheeze several times. The buck was behind my stand and I never saw him. On my way back out of the woods I heard another snort wheeze. I don't recall hearing it this early in the season before.

I'm leaving tonight after work to go to Green River WMA. Should at least score a doe.

Firefighter I hope you get better soon. I have rescheduled my doctors appointment already so that I get out to hunt before he shuts me down. I am not going to let him though since I have been dealing with this injury since October of last year. I will be waiting until after my hunting vacation of 3 weeks to do anything. I can deal with it a little bit longer. HE HE HE

I wish i could have put it off Dawg. Unfortunately mine was an on the job injury that happened a little over a month ago. So it's really hard to put off. But good thing you can. Lol

Mine is a possible torn tendon or ligament in my drawing wrist! It smarts but toughing it out. It only hurts really bad when I lift more than 25 pounds with just the one hand. When I did it I thought I broke it but xrays showed no break so they said I bruised a tendon or ligament. They said it would be a few months for it to be the same. NOPE still the same and has been almost a year.

Well I am heading up north in the morning to do final prep for the Huntin. Getting the camp ready and checking the cams for the last time before season. I just might hang another stand.. Can never have too many of those up in different areas. Have a good weekend everyone and be safe.

Didn't get to go on my little trip. One of the guys I was going to meet decided they were coming back early because one of them killed a doe and didn't want it to spoil. ):
