You are in a boat with me. I have to have surgery on my right wrist for a torn either tendon or ligament. At least it is a scope surgery. I see the specialist on the 8th to see what is torn but was told by my other specialist that I have to have surgery to fix it so he referred me to a hand/wrist specialist.
Yea this is a crappy time of year to be in our position Dawg. They have done two cortisone shots in my shoulder and an MRI. The other day my doc said he would have to go in and clean up the joint and remove the bursae and "Fix any tears in the rotator cuff that we may have missed on the MRI" I guess there was a lot of inflammation in my shoulder on the MRI. My only reprieve will be the long duration it takes for workers comp to approve the surgery. I hope all goes well for you with your surgery.

The shots did not do anything for me for my knee two years ago when I had that messed up. They offered shots and I said no. I hope for the best for you too buddy! I go in two more days to see doc. I am nervous and I hope that he will work with me on holding off for my surgery till January when I get more paid time to burn from work. I have dealt with it this long so what is another two months. They only have to scope mine so I hope it goes well. I am trying to get in as much hunting as I can since I know my days are numbered. I have the one down so far and a few more to go I hope!

Raining here but waiting for my cloths to dry from washing but dryer not acting right so will be a little late to the woods. Hope it all still works out for me.
Sorry I have not been on the computer in a while. I have seen a few different doe that keep comming around but will not give me a shot. I continue to get great pictures of bear by my stand. Luckly I have not seen them myself! Going back this weekend and will let everyone know if I have some success. Good luck to everyone and congrats to the successful hunters!!!!

Its about 65 degrees and windy and Shooter (my affectionately named decoy) and I are set up. This is so much better than work. Hope to add another 50 to the board.

Went out today to see my 11 point buck in my truck only 10 yards off the road. I sat in the stand for a long time to only see two button bucks. Then on the way out I saw my 11 pointer again and he only moved 50 feet. He is with a hot doe and did not want to leave her at all. I would of tried a sneak but he was on a different owned property so I did not do it. I think I could of got him if I did. Here are a few pictures of the big fella.
