Pearce!!!!!! You did not read my post! I am holding him off for surgery until AFTER season. I have dealt with it this long what is a few more months, that is the way I look at it.
Looks like it is going to be a good morning. 64 degrees with a south wind at 12 mph and mostly sunny for this morning. Now I will do my morning hunter prayers for the big boys to come by. Good luck to all that are going out this morning and be safe.
been hunting hard, had my brother pick me up from school yesterday and went out hunting, sick front moved in deer were moving like crazy, i shot a nice doe at 6:20 last light, ill post pics and story when i get home from school today

Went out this afternoon but no luck. I think the deer are on to my shenanigans, I haven't seen a deer in quite a while now.
I will be out all weekend and hope to get one soon. I am ready to draw blood! I went to see Doc today too and he came in with some really bad news. I have to have surgery on my wrist and a wrist specialist will be getting ahold of me monday. I hope that I can hold him off until January to do it.

Well I had a shot at a yearling again and it is the same one that has given me a shot at him three times now. I am almost at the point where I am tired of seeing him and fixin to bring him home. Here he is at 40 from my stand in front of my trail cam.

Went out last weekend and had a nice buck come out but had no shot. Also had a few does and little ones on bait pile in different stand but couldnt get a shot without possibly shooting a yearling so I did not take the shot. Have more bear on cam and found a new spot that I will be checking out. New rub line on pine trees that are all about 8 - 12 around. Big buck and hope to get pics of him!!
