It was an odd year here in Pa. Weather definitely sucked. The rut finally hit my area.....on the last day of archery!!!! The last 3 weeks were dead up until this past saturday. Saw a couple bucks in the am, but nothing within range. Missed a doe a few weeks back,......came up empty so far. May still take the bow out in rifle season depending how things go. How long does the contest run?
Well, my season is just about wrapped up. I want to apologize, but I just wasn't able to hunt very much after October. I am thankful for the doe I killed and for the little bit of time I managed to spend in the woods. I hope you all have had a great CHRISTmas and hope you have a safe and Happy New Year!
