ODNR just released an EHD map and my main property has 41 reported dead deer in the immediate area. It might be a rough year...
Sounds like we've got some killers on the team this year! A few IL guys and some OH boys too, I'll take that! This will probably be my first year truly trying to kill a doe early. My wife and I are on a new lease with Todd and he essentially said that if we don't shoot a deer there this year, that we're both fired....So I'm gonna be full throttle right away on 10/1

Looks like I might be in Ohio opening weekend, but not sure if I'll have any hunting time. But November rolls around that will definitely be time in the stand for sure.
We were on the same team last year Shaun That's a great mount! Shocker, I picked 10_12 pods myself today.
Well I know my spots in Ohio well. They have been producing nice deer, both bucks and does since the mid to late 90's with very little changes/adjustments with stand placements. I've been trying to get my son to get 2 cams up in my best 2 spots but he's been a lazy ass and hasn't got out to do it yet. I've been on his case everyday for about the last month, lol.
Signing on a new home today and doing some moving over the weekend. Hoping to get to a few of our properties Sunday or Monday to pull cam cards. Hoping to have a few pics to share soon.
