If he's still around next year, I'll drop a 130!

And I agree about 115". 122" was me really trying to shoot him.

You going back out tonight to look, or waiting til morning? I feel your pain brother. One year I shot 3 bucks all over 150 and never recovered any. One crossed property lines and I couldn't get permission, the other 2 I just lost. No one ever found any of them. As far as I know they all died cause I never saw them again.

Good luck @Shocker99. Blood pics in LFTS look promising. I bet you find him dead in the morning.

Look like a dead deer guys. I just had to back out we tracked for about 60 yds and found a ton of coughed up stuff and a bed. Dont think we bumped him but it got real faint and i saw some eyeball up ahead. Probably another deer but i didnt want to chance it. I wont be getting much sleep that for sure haha. Hopefully have some points for us tomorrow.

Update is waiting on tracker to call me back. I was confident i didnt bump that deer going back in to track but i may have on the way out. He kind of circled back the direction of my exit and thats where his bed was. The fog and mist was so dense i did stumble around for a minute getting out of those nasty thick creekbottoms. I made some noise when i tripped on a deadfall. Hope he didnt go too far. Will keep you all updated. Will copy and paste this in the LFTS thread.

No dice on Oklahoma, but it was a great time. Most of the activity was at night on cams. Just didn’t see the movement we’ve seen in the past.

We went 1 for 3 with my buddy killing on Saturday evening.

Stayed in Joplin and been on the road for almost two hours now. Can’t wait to get back in the Ohio woods this week.
