Does anybody have any ideas for an avatar? Also do we all decide on Fletch as Cap. and BuckBusters as our name?

Ok fellas last time checking in before SAT. Going to hunt Sat/Sun and maybe part of Monday then have to catch a plane for a business trip - found lots of good sign near a 27 acre cutover and going to hunt the edge - also may hit the backside after taking a doe or 10 and get after bullwinkle - good luck and be safe

I say done deal. Fletch is Captain & BuckBusters is team name. I'm no good making avatars, so if anyone has any talent there, step up to the plate and get it done.

I never come out of the deer killing mood and just suffer through withdrawls from mid January to September 30th each year.:tu:

Mark, I got your voicemail. I would guess that one that looks to be a 10 is well into 140's. Maybe bigger. Kind of hard to tell. What camera is that? I thought you were running moultrie I40's. Both are really nice and should have you pretty excited.

I got a Predator camera from Schultzy last year and threw it up this year. Not too bad. I know have 4 bucks on camera that got me interested. BTW My I40 died sometime earlier this week. LCD completely out and won't take pictures anymore. What were those small cameras you had last year? I would like to get a couple more but want something that is going to work fairly well.

Mark, the cameras I am having great luck with are HSO Scoutguard. I.R. cameras that cost about $175 each from a buddy of mine that is a dealer. I have 6 of them out right now and love them. They are really easy on batteries just like the moultrie I40 and take a good picture. Also take good video and are so small that they hide really well. I was running several I40's year 'round for a buddy from Alabama that has ground here and all of his LCD screens went dead. Seems to be a common failure for moultrie.

Mark, did you mess with that Predator pic? I don't ever remember my pics looking distorted like that.

All I did was lighten and increase contrast as the flash didn't go off on either of those photos.

Heading out in the morning for NC opener. 59 degrees in the morning with a slight North-ish wind. Not too many expectations and probably will only sit for a couple of hours. Just excited to be going and the area is a target rich enviornment so who knows.
