Well, look at us go! I think we should have went with Prime time. The Primes are laying them down this season!! Hahaha! Just kidding. I really like Nocked and Locked. Skywalker, nice buck man!

I will be out for sure in the morning! Rut is starting here. I'm armed with Tinks 69, Flextone grunt and a new Flextone can style call!! Hunting near a doe bedding area between it and food. Should produce some bone! Big? Probably not. But, I'm hoping for at least another 50 on the board!

Good luck to all this week!

Thanks. I didn't weigh him, but he was heavy and had the toughest coat on any deer I've ever killed. One other note, was he had TICKS, and lots of them. I haven't seen a tick on my dogs in several weeks, but he was just covered in them. I found that very strange.

I know he has until the end of this contest, I just find it odd we haven't heard from him in quite sometime now... Does anyone know him personally? Anyway great work Team...

And what about Dubbya? What happened to that guy? I'm sure if we get the whole team together we can pull out a win.

I haven't heard from him in a while on here. Maybe he is waiting on it to be scored? I'm not sure but, it would be nice to get at least 50 for it. Where are you buddy?

We do have a lot of outstanding points right now don't we. Hopefully we can get everyone to get them posted on here. I know its just for bragging rights, however, if we loose I don't want us making excuses.

Back in the woods tomorrow. There are a few studs left roaming, however, I'm pessimistic the sea of orange will swallow them up. Really working hard to get my dad and brothers on a quality buck this gun season. We practice QDMA and they have been on the short end of benefitting from it. I'll be pulling for them. Unless its a 150 class or better, a real mature dear, or wounded I'll hold unto my arrows and shells. Be great to harvest my 2nd bow buck of the year. Also looking to collect a doe for a family friend with a bow too. Safe and happy hunting to all and I hope to see a few more animals harvest on the squad and a few more that are harvested posted.

Liwhitetail was from Long Island, right? Maybe he's been busy with picking up after the hurricane?

Skywalker, you get four circumference measurements per side. (Even on a spike) So remeasure and edit your scorecard. :)

First of all Christine you get my vote for team MVP nice catch on the measurements. Leave it to a woman to catch all the details.
Dubbya Is in Kansas as we speak. I talked to him last week. He has been guiding all fall so far. Him and JZ are coming down here dec 15th to hunt with frank tyler and myself. I told JZ he screwed if I find a big one to put them on. He will have to film dubbya since he is on my team. HAHA Im going to work on posting my doe pics now. Im sitting in side snuggled up to my little girl and boy listing to the orange army beat on them. HIDE STRICK NINE HIDE

well guys i filled my last bow tag with a big doe this morning. Unless I get out during the next two weeks for gun season (im using my bow since i hunt in the limits of a college), it looks like my season is about over.

Heres an interesting story. A guy in my town killed this buck last week. He got loose from a deer farm (see the tag in his right ear) over 3 years ago and was barely seen again except for some trail cam pics until he was killed. I guess his instincts took over once he got loose!
