Team 15 and 16 jumped ahead. They’re not ahead of team 5 yet. With a couple more deer we could be in the thick of it

 

I received these pics from one of the guys who also hunts one of the properties I do. It's one of the bucks I've been after this season - Thankfully he is tagged out on bucks so I will still have a chance at this big guy when get back home next week after my Thanksgiving trip to my in-laws

Yes we are! Another buck, couple does and we would be in great shape to win this thing! I moved my haybale blind to my turnip plot for the late season, bucks should start hitting the food hard! Good luck guys, let's do this!

I thought we had them all buckeye?

Ohio gun season opened yesterday. I took a 24 year old guy out yesterday morning who’s never hunted before and he was able to get his first deer. He was pretty excited as was I. And last night I took my daughter out with her crossbow and she nearly got her first buck. Came within 30 yards but she just couldn’t get settled on him.

I’m sticking with the recurve. Last week I almost got my chance at a doe from the ground. Wind was wasn’t right for the stand I was in so I got down and started to still hunt. Heard footsteps and she came within 20 yards of me straight on but spooked before I could get drawn. Man what a rush though. Good luck to you guys as we head to the later part of the season!
