I'm going to try to get out this weekend still alot of snow on the ground but Im going to hit some low pines and bedding areas. Good news is rain Sunday & Monday and warm temps next week.
Walked 3 miles in 12 inches of snow, checked 150 deer beds and jumped 40+ deer. No sheds, probably walked by a few under the snow still. Going to try tommorow again.
Yea we just got another big dose of snow last night. I really wanna get out and look but so far aren't having any luck in the snow so I'm trying to make myself wait. I'm sure won't be able too but it will be another day or two.
Thought bout goin for a walk today but this seemed more fun ha. Should be warming up around here next couple days though so hopefully head out this weekend again.
Ive been out a lot but havent found much. I did save a rabbit from being killed by a hawk on my walk though.
Yea that's kinda were I'm at, been out alot but coming up empty. So hoping if want till snow melts off some maybe have better luck

Whats that brown stuff your finding them laying on top of? We used to have that stuff around here....Another 6 inches of snow last 2 days...
Well fellas it's starting to warm up a little and looks like need to get serious about getting out and looking. Snows melting off and should get out next day or two and hopefully get on the board. Checked cams yesterday and was actually surprised on how much snow we did have, bought got 4 wheeler buried couple times. Still had a couple bucks on cam holding around the last week of February but all in all saw just as many that had already dropped.
