Congrats, and you could not have planned the timing better- she's not going to be due until well after season ends, and the baby should be sleeping through the night by the time next season rolls around! I told my wife if she ever wants a baby no problem - but she better not pull the goalie Dec-March.

Yeah team. My name is Patrick (32) I have 3 boys and manage a company so I'm not always on here as much as I might like. I check in from time to time. Weekly or when I get an opportunity. Last year didn't really feel in tune with my team so I contributed what I could but didn't interact much, kind of like what a previous post said. Good research/ homework by the way. I have been on the winning team twice and runner up team once. Last year was the first I did not contribute a buck as I was holding out for the one posted above. I have been watching that buck grow since 2011 from a 130's 9 or to a 200" 17pt.
Welcome Patrick! hey, that's an awesome deer (as you know) and hope the "background check" doesn't offend I was just making sure those who hadn't checked in were still active or had a history of being active before we went to Fitz and asked for alternates. Most of us have better things to do than sit on BH.com and wait for people to "like" our posts. I spend a lot of work hours sitting in a car w/ an iPad and nothing better to do to pass the time so I'm here quite a bit in the offseason; but once late October hits I'm an internet ghost. Dude, if you only get one buck tag and that guy is lurking around I don't blame you for holding out- that's a deer of a lifetime. I get two buck tags. One spike and one over 13" inside spread. But I do hunt Oklahoma quite a bit. I border hop.
Sorry to hear about your loss, I had no idea. I glad that you and your wife will be blessed with a new baby. And yes very good timing, be right in between seasons!
