Hey Dan, how did you get a wedding ring on? Retrofit 1" steel tubing and have it gold plated? :poke:

Dan it was either Fat Fingers's Gang or Mango Tango-er and his Sheddits. :p Pretty sure the first one was the right choice with your shady past and trying to explain it. You are a very good egg and it has been a real pleasure getting to know you over the years on this forum and the old one. Granted Tuco probably told us too much so don't blame me but blame the messenger. It's Tuco's fault !!!

Ok back to being a little more serious. I did a fast check today at lunch. Bucks are still hanging on to their head gear for the most part. I've only seen one shedded buck. With the cold weather we have had for most of January... I figured more would be dropping but so far that isn't the case. Things should start picking up by mid Febuary.

Congrats to the guys finding sheds !!

Heading out tomorrow to pull a couple cards and look for a shed for the fat finger gang! Not going to lie, I pretty much plan on riding all your coat tails up on the winner stage on this, as I hardly ever find sheds. But, I can promise I will try like heck! Even going to look on state land around my cabin this weekend. I walk a lot of miles for a fat guy this time of the year, hopefully Ill get us a couple!

Found number 6 & 7 today. Matched set. We got a bit of snow last night and after finding the first one I searched and searched and searched for the other. The sun was pretty bright and when I was heading back to where I found the first one I had the sun to my back so I wasnt squinting and sure enough about 10 feet away from the first one there laid the other one. Its so wierd how you can almost be standing on it and not see it . Here they are. Pictures dont do them justice, super massive. Left side 56 6/8", Right side 54 3/8"

Man Calcium, your kicking butt,,,,congrats on some more good ones! Guys if you would check my list on first page and make sure im getting your numbers right. I was on was home last night in a bad sudden snow storm, Its a 35 mile drive and I had my daughters car, as I got within, 5 miles of home and was able to take back roads to get off slick hwy. This runs through my lease, and as I was comming down a stretch of road I noticed a Deer laying in the road up against a guard rail, head up and alert. I stopped within 5 feet of it and noticed it had 2 bloody nubs where his antlers had fallen off. I thought maby he had been hit but no other tracks on the snow covered gravel road. He appeared confused and dazed. I went back today on way home and he was gone, just a quarter size blood spot where he laid his head and I briefly looked around for his sheds. Im wondering if the dropping his head gear temporally had him tramitized,,,anyone ever heard of this ?? weird!

Man you guys are tearing it up. I've been sick pretty much all week, so I haven't been able to do anything at all as far as being out in the woods. Keep it up, I'll try and help out as soon as I am able.
