Well I sat on Saturday night, the wind was howling 20mph sustained and 31mph gust according to the forecast. I don't think it was quite that bad, I still saw 15 deer, most out of range. The corn was combined on our place about 2 weeks ago and ever since my trail camera pics have gotten a lot more interesting. I'm pretty excited to get out again and get after checking a few cards.

So I might be disappearing until Sunday starting this Wednesday. My nephew put in for a youth rifle draw hunt and was successful. We’re leaving Wednesday and will do some scouting and start hunting Friday afternoon until Sunday sometime.
