You can say that again. I hope it gets cold and gets cold quick so all these ******* bugs die. I checked some cams Monday and now have 150+ chigger bites. I didn't want to spray down since it was getting so close to the opener and I had yet to treat my cloths. Needless to say I am absolutely miserable right now. Youth season starts this weekend and I can't think about anything other then how bad I itch/hurt. Seems like I do this once every few years to remind myself how import it is to treat my cloths!

Oh the forecast looks so good here open day/ week. My prediction is a bruiser will fall Sept. 17th! I need a N/NE wind to make it happen! Some highs in the upper 60s with lows in the upper 40s. It should be awesome assuming it doesn't change!
For you guys starting before Oct. 1st...........good luck, and be safe out there. It would be cool to see some points piling up in September, but no pressure guys. I'm hoping we have our replacement team member assigned before the end of the weekend, so we can welcome them aboard!
Archery season is officially open in Maryland... will be climbing my first tree tomorrow morning. Hopefully I can get our first 50 or maybe even something in velvet. Will be sure to post if I do any good.

I haven't seen this buck since Nov. of last year... He blew up! He has been added to the shooter list...
Welcome to Team #1! I live in Troy, about 50 miles south of you, down I-55. I know the Chatham area well, we camp at Lake Sangchris a few weekends every year. Have a good season................and best of luck getting after any one of those bucks. I'm looking forward to October 1st rolling around!
