Well I can't say I didn't make a good effort. Had 3 does all in bow range early. I thought with the cold front I may see a lot of movement. It just didn't work out this year. Sorry guys!!! I am bummed... Probably be in a bad mood for the next 9 months. lol!

No worries Heckler...........that's why they call it hunting! We had a good run this year, and had a good, safe time doing it. As long as everyone on Team #1 did their best, enjoyed the time spent in the field, and came home safe after each hunt, I'd say we were all winners no matter how you slice it! I hope everyone had a nice Christmas, and is blessed with a happy and healthy 2015. I've enjoyed hanging with everyone participating in the contest this year, and I hope to see everyone around the forum boards until next season, and beyond!

I'm back in Mississippi where the action is supposed to have heated up. If I do go out it will be with my longbow or recurve only. Hoping to check my camera I put up in August tomorrow. Been a great year already and I have to say the best part is all the deer chili I've been making! :D
