Here.... it's opening day in KS. I'm on lunch break. Was covered up in birds this morning but wasn't able to get a shot off. Too many dang hens and none of the gobblers would commit to the dekes. Did have a pair come in and skirt the dekes at 15yds but they wouldn't slow down long enough for any decent footage / shot. Headed back out in a few

    Magnus Bullheads

    So bird scores 53.06
I'll wait to post to scorecard once I kill my second bird to see which is best. This was only a two year old...

I have had zero trouble with them out of my last three bow. BUT the bow must be tuned WELL!!!!! Other than that just gotta keep shots under 20. I put my dekes at 10 steps from the blind. 20 yd pin on their eyeball. Lose their heads everytime.

Tune into the Break on Pursuit channel at Noon CST today and watch me Bullhead a double on opening day last year :)

Got it done this morning, I'll weigh and score and put better pictures up when I get to the office. iPhone pics usually suck here.

Here we go, I'll get it on the scoreboard. I have two good pictures, but sun is in face and it's hard taking selfies.
    Pounds: 22
    Left Spur: 1”
    Right Spur: 1”
    Beard Length: 9.5”
    Total Score: 61
**** Before I drop this on the scorecard if I shoot another larger one, will the admin swap the score? I'll ask before I put it up, although I think 61 is good scoring bird.*****
I was just about to leave and head to work until I looked behind my blind and saw a hen and tom at 30 yards. I knew they would stay in that area working over to the other field, so I zipped up my blind windows and unzipped the back side, the sun right in my face; awesome.
Saw 1 then 2, then 4, then 6 toms and about 20 hens. I got ready to shoot the only one I had a shooting lane on, and then I saw this guy, well, he at least looked like the biggest one. Couldn’t get a clean shot on him and I was going to take another until he stepped right in front of the other and gave me a shot. Let it fly, he rolled about 8 ft. and done. What an awesome morning.

Last edit, just so i don't forget to add this:
    TEAM 1: April 5, 2017 / 0845
    Pounds: 22
    Left Spur: 1”
    Right Spur: 1”

I looked through the other teams, unless no one has shared yet, I believe we are the only team with birds on the ground.
