9 more today. Its early to go to IA but with the possibility of a lot snow Friday I had too.

Went out this morning nothing yet will be out some more this weekend still seeing Bucks with both sides tho so haven't been to aggressive don't want to bump them

That really is misfortunate.

 

Had just enough time to walk a little at lunch. Found a little one that I missed from last year. I took the pic but it didn't end up in the phone. I'll get another pic and post it.

 

heading out tomorrow afternoon for a bit. hoping I get my work done early.

 

Well my lease in SE MN just got 18 F N inches of snow...WTF!!!

 

That sucks!

 

only got out for about 1.5 hrs yesterday. I went to a usual spot and there was absolutely no sign. going to be tough for me this year.

 

I took the dog for a run on some leased land I hunt. The top of the fields are wind blown with snow so its not deep. I just about tripped over this one. I'm sure it will be the biggest of the year for me. Its just shy of 68" with a broken G3. I had no pictures of this buck throughout the season either. I had walked the field last 3 weeks ago.

 

That looks bigger than 68"

 

Saw a decent one still holding today.

snow is back for me. ugh!

 

I keep a log of where and when I find sheds and then how many miles I walk during each hunt. In tallying the miles I'm up to 84.25. Which is about half of my normal total for the season. I have a lot of walking to do over the next month and a half.
