We were able to pick up 5 more. The single picture was taken by the landowner but the shed was brought to me by Leo. (I forgot to get the picture.) A new record total 197.
you can do it! 3 more! I'm going to get out a lot more now that the snow just melted off in most places today. after easter it will all be gone. then i'll be hitting it hard!
We will see.....thanks for the motivation. We put on a lot of miles today to only find 5. That was 2 different farms too.
You could if you had nearly 500 miles walking on top of probably 250 driving on the Ranger. I'm sure we will get out a couple more times. But our best spots I'm done at. The rest of you guys can pick up the slack
I applaud your efforts!!!! but how cool would it be to say you found 200 sheds in a year? just trying to cheer you on to the finish line!!!!
200 in a year I hope I find 200 in my lifetime lol Sent from my SM-G955U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Total is now 201....I had to go for a walk today before the snow the next couple days. This was a new farm I had been invited to in February that I forgot about. I will cover the fields (maybe) the next couple days.
congrats!!!!!! you can stop whenever you like!! lol that is awesome to hit 200. I probably won't see 200 in my life. great effort!
We are going to get a 4 to 8 inches of snow or I would go look in the fields. Covering the fields on the Ranger with Leo is much easier and faster.
went tonight for about 15 min then a blizzard came in. I kept looking for a bit longer then had to retreat. now back to waiting! good grief!
Sorry for being out. I've been out west elk shed hunting. Did pretty good for most bulls still carrying!!
so much for my big shed hunting day on sunday. just got 6" of snow in the last 4hrs and it's still pounding down. at this rate we will have a foot by morning. maybe a miracle and it melts by then but doubtful.
I just got a call from the trainer that has our lab. They said that he is doing AWESOME!!!! I can't wait to get him back!! We'll see how next season is going to be.
