Off year? We are way ahead of last year even though I think I'm having help in some of the areas I look. I'm hoping for a big weekend in IA coming up. Our record is 195. I'm trying to beat it.
Yeah but just barely beating your record is lackluster...I did a little research and work and graphed your year to year progress and each of the last two years you increased 123.7827197% from one year to the next. At your current rate you are only on trend to make a 10% gain over last year. Like I said....off year. Chop chop man, get to work....this lackluster performance just isn't acceptable. Maybe you need to get a second dog?
going to get a foot more of snow. looks like I'm on hold for even longer now. i'll have about 16" of that crap in my yard now. good grief!
Found one tonight. Fairly chewed up, but one none the less. I'll post it in the morning. Sent from my SM-N900V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
6 days until I head to southern Iowa for 4 days to shed hunt. I can not wait. They have found a couple over 70" so far and one just over 80"
We had a great Friday Saturday Sunday Monday! It was the first time on this farm this year. We will finish up tomorrow morning and see what we come up with. My phone is on the blink but I will take a picture of the pile found over the 5 days including tomorrow. Warning it’s massive to say the least.
42 sheds and a heart break dead head...14 pointer. Total is 181 and I'm pretty sure Leo has found 150 of them.
From what I have seen and heard from friends shed poaching is getting out of hand in Iowa. I only found 6 in 3 1/2 days. We didn't find very many as a group either compared to other years. One of the cameras had pictures of a shed that fell off by a pile of corn. A few days later a picture of a *&^% *&^%$# with his hood up and facemask on picking it up.
